Vacation Rental Description

Our Holiday Villa in Yucatan Peninsula overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea with views from all 3 levels. The main floor consists of a living room with satellite TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. The patio off the living room has a wrought iron table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the view or just listening to the soft whisper of the palm trees.

The dining room seats 6; the kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room and maid’s quarters are off the kitchen.

The Master Suite has a California King Size bed with a TV and private bath. The 2d bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3d bedroom has one full size bed and a full size Futon. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Each bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating.

The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans; includes all local calls. Round trip airport transfers are included via private van.

The villa is staffed with a full time housekeeper everyday except Sunday.

If relaxation is your thing – our complex has 2 beautiful infinity pools and one baby pool.

The Yucatan Peninsula Villa is located at KM 16.5, on “Hotel Row” on the island of Cancun; it is part of a 36 villa complex “Cancun Concorde Villas”.

We are just a few minutes away from major shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses and marinas. The Mayan Rivera offers many attractions such as water sports, deep sea fishing, boating, and sightseeing. Tours to many destinations can be arranged by our villa manager either before of after you arrive in Cancun.
