The Imperial Las Perlas Cancun is the ideal hotel to spend your vacations in the Mexican Caribbean. We are a small friendly and conveniently located three star hotel. The helpful staff is committed to making sure you enjoy your stay with us. We are available to suggest places to go and how to get there. We want you to us your home in Cancun.Our property has 6 separate buildings that surround a freshwater swimming pool -with an adult and children*s pool- each with 3 floors. The front of the hotel is on Kukulcan Boulevard- the Main Street of the Hotel Zone. The Hotel is on a white sand Caribbean beach- with tranquil water. That is perfect for swimming and water sports. *Gaviotas* Restaurant- located on the sea overlooking Isla Mujeres- are open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm daily serving meals and beverages.Safe deposit boxes available in the room have a charge- free of charge at the front desk. Babysitting can be arranged for an additional charge on request. Water sports are available at our Marina Las Perlas.

The first night will be charged in case of late cancellations or no shows. Please check the exact cancellation policy of the accommodation on the next page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a unit indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Payment Terms: Holiday Velvet does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details through our secure payment system only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the accommodation. In case your chosen serviced apartment or residence needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. If you have selected a "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" rate the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the accommodation at the time of booking. |
