Vacation Rental Description

A lovely Cancun condo! We have a gorgeous, white sand beach in front of our condo, with turquoise, blue, clear water! It’s fantanstic!We have free internet WIFI! It’s a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. It’s in the top of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the trendy night club district. You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. There is a lovely beach in front of the condo. It is a larger studio, and can sleep up to 6. A great deal! We have very low rates.

The condo has a large room, with 2 full beds, and 1full size futon couch in the living area. It has a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator, burner, broiler, coffee maker. The unit is fully furnished. It is a spacious and nicely furnished condo, on 1 floor. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are beautiful marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, TV with cable, DVD/VCR, A/C, fan, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Girasol condo complex has lifeguards, a convenience store and internet nearby, tour office, condo management office (with phone access for a fee), tennis courts, children’s pool, tennis courts, and private parking for guests.

Local area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs or Xel Ha. Visit Tulum or Chichen Itza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, jungle tours, swim with dolphins or, just take it easy and enjoy the sun!

The sunrise and sunset are magnificent. You can walk on the beach for miles! Take a boat trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, and snorkel or shop! Nearby Amenities: Groceries, Craft Shops, Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Parasailing, Gym, Scuba, Caves. Cinemas with English speaking films (walking distance away). Close by are: Medical Services, Duty Free Shops, Marina, Surfing, Biking, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, Golfing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Ocean, Churches, Wal-Mart. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Management office on site w/Security. Laundromat, Tennis. Nearby are: Reefs, Boating, Wind surfing, Jet skiing, ATM/bank, Amusement parks, Sight seeing, Money exchange, Drug stores. 25 min. drive to airport, with transfers available.10 min. to downtown.
