Vacation Rental Description

Let the ocean breeze carry you away at the guest and main house located on Great Exuma in the Bahamas. Situated on top of a hill with a spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean, total relaxation and privacy are paramount. A private beach, only 100 yards away, leads to a coral reef brimming with amazing underwater sights.

Breezy Hill Guest House is a large two bedroom home, with two full baths, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for your convenience, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The holiday villa accommodates 2 to 4 people very comfortably. A new queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room will easily accommodate two additional people. And remember, this Guest House has its own secluded sandy beach!

The accommodations in the main house consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths each with king sized beds, satellite TV, air conditioning, and satellite internet access 24/7. Be it your own laptop, or our desktop...you are only an instant away from communicating with people from home. Each bedroom is also equipped with a compact refrigerator, an additional couch for small children to accompany you, and you will have full access to a combined large living room/large kitchen area for your meals and social time with other guests or your own friends. And remember, this Main House has its own secluded sandy beach!

Breezy Hill is 4 miles from the George Town airport, and 4 minutes from the new Four Seasons Hotel and Golf Course complex.

One of the neatest things to do is ‘NOTHING!’ There are no phones ringing, no schedules to follow, no deadlines to meet. Your first night will be unique...it is so quiet you can hear the ocean waves hitting the shoreline.

There is a straw market located under the tree in the center of town where you can purchase t-shirts and hand made straw items, such as hats, purses, baskets and bags. There are also several small boutiques for jewelry, clothing, and other souvenirs. Elizabeth Harbor has lots of sailing and power vessels to check out. Walk right out on the docks and take a look close-up or rent a boat for the day.

You can catch a water taxi from George Town, and cross the harbor to Stocking Island. Plan on spending a full day exploring the island. There is a restaurant there, or you can pack a picnic lunch. Lots of good shelling areas, hiking trails, and beautiful sandy beaches await you.

There are many restaurants and bars designed for meeting new people and dancing. The Two Turtles has an outdoor restaurant and tiki bar with music, a great place to sit, drink and people watch. Eddy's Edge Water Club is a restaurant and bar that features a Monday night entertainment called the Rake & Scrape. Live music and dancing like you have never seen before. Relax, enjoy, and have fun!

1. Price given is for a room in the main house. 3 nights minimum stay.

2. Guest house:$2,400./week for 1 to 4 persons and $3,200./week for 5 to 6 persons
3. Main House: $800. per room/week for 1 to 2 persons and $125. per room/week for an additional guest
4. Discounts are available for U.S. MILITARY PERSONNEL, especially the U.S. Navy!
