The apartment has a central courtyard. This is a two bedrooms apartment. One has a double bed and the other one two single beds. Both with big wardrobes. The Living area is equipped with a dinning table and six chairs, sofa and direct access to the court. The Kitchen is luminous and spacious, with a breakfast table and direct access to the court. There is a complete bathroom whit bathtub and shower. The apartament has big and sunny terrace.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Expenses includes in the rental price: Electricity, telephone with local calls (complimentary long distance calls with telephone card), water, city taxes, gas, internet, cable TV building fees, maid service once a week.

   Once the abailability of the apartament is confirmed, a deposit equivalent to 20 % of the intended stay should be done, up to the amount of one month rental. This payment can be done either: 1) In cash at my office (no later than 48 hs after your inquire) - 2) With credit card: Moneybookers (www.moneybookers.com) - 3) Western Union.

2. s refundable after check-out revision. For 1 or 2 weeks: U$S 500 and for 3 weeks or more: U$S 1200.

   Please we remind you that balance of the rent and the deposit have to be payed CASH in U$S (United States Dollars), or € (Euros), or $ (Pesos Argentinos) at check-in with NO EXCEPTION
