At the top of an old building in Harem / Uskudar coast....Cosy home ambience with a 2x50 mt (last floor is a 50 mt terrace).It is your own beautiful 2 private floors through whole historical peninsula of Istanbul. Located only 1/2 hour istance from all museums(by boat) like Topkapi, Dolmabahce Palaces and many other tourist attractions. Delicious breakfasts served.Host is a 35 year old lady working in a Bank.She speaks English fluently and a perfect cook.

Very close to highligts like topkapi palace, hagia sophia, bluemosque, golden horn(30 min. by walking after the ferry) by walking and by boat and a lot of cheap and expensive restaurants...The silent neighbourhood of Istanbul but also the easiest transportation choices.

10 min. walk to ferry after ferry metro and tramway to taksim and levent
after ferry 10 min. to historical part by walking
2 min.to a restaurant and take away(cheap)

1. %25 of the amount bank transfer as a deposit and the whole is cash in the apartment

2. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
3. every rate + 30 GBP final cleaning...electricity, gas, water, internet are included only in summer...in winter it is additional...
4. if you would like to rent it less then 4 days the price is 60 GBP daily- for the flat-+ 30 GBP final cleaning
5. electricity,gas, water, internet are included .gas is limited with 4 hours daily in winter.
6. If it is more then 6 months, the rental fee is negotiable if it is prepaid.
