Bed & Breakfast Description

Our spacious home set in gardens is highly rated by a prominient overseas travel site, and is rated 4 stars by many of our guests. Lorraine and Michael welcome you to their delightful home a few footsteps to our magnificent beach and four excellent restaurant,cafes and shop.

The Champagne room with ensuite bathroom, is tastefully decorated and overlooks our colourful gardens. Our Garden Suite is private and opens out to our gardens and BBQ area. It provides two double bedroom plus a sofa bed, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with microwave.This suite is ideal for two or four friends travelling together or/and families.In-house movies in this suite.

Afternoon tea on arrival. Flowers,chocolates,chilled spring water in your suite.

Morning Paper,

Generous gourmet-cooked breakfast menu with home made bread served each morning.

We have a smoked kippers special with grilled bacon extra if desired.

There is always a jig saw puzzle in a lounge at the top of the house which you are free to help with

if you wish.

Meet Jessie our wonderful cat and Barnay our lovable German Shepherd,who are very international and look forward to meeting you.

If you enjoy walking, stroll with us and see and hear some of the local history. Delightful cafes and restaurants are nearby and there are four golf links within 15min from Rosetta House.

This is a lovely place for a restfull holiday. Kapiti coast is a delightful place to stay and ideal to repack, do washing and rest before heading to Picton on the South Island Ferry. Ask us about Kapiti's picturesque train ride and eco bird walks .Our beaches have magical sunsets and views.

We make booking for the day trip to Kapiti Island Marine Santuary if you would like to go and we answer all enquiries within only a few hours.

2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival time forfeit the full amount
