Notes on Apartment Prices

1. The apartment is EUR 85,- per night for 1-2 people, plus 15 for each additional person. For stays shorter than 6 nights we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 60,-. From 7 nights up we give a discount of 15%!
   
   All prices plus 10% VAT.
   
   A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order.
   
   Check in is after 2pm and before 8pm on the day of your arrival.
   Latest check out is before 11am on the day of your departure, if you stay longer without permission, we charge EUR 30 for extra cleaning.
