Vienna Apartment: Marianne

Our non smoker Vienna apartment is situated close to downtown in an old house in a typical Viennese district and offers you every comfort. Urban but nethertheless quiet and light. The apartment has 70 m². It consist of
anteroom with storage place and wardrobe,
kitchenette (general equipment plus dishwasher, espresso machine and microwave with grill function),
big bathroom with bath and washing machine,
living-room with 2 extensible double-beds,
music system, cable-TV and video recorder,
bedroom with a double-bed as well as a
small bedroom with extensible sofa – on request, can be changed into a study or child’s room. A barred bed can be put up on request.

For our young guests we do not only offer the daily things (from the baby’s bed to
the child’s safety seat, bath and baby’s changing unit), but also many extras.
Clean soft toys, toys for all age groups and loving baby-sitters await our young guests.

A special in our apartment is the wide range of books and the extensive collection of
classic music LP’s and CD’s. In the ancestral mansion vis-a-vis another 4.000 books and an internet-access expect you. Also pets are allowed to stay for vacation here.
We do our best to fulfill special requests as good as possible and we would be
glad to welcome you in our apartment.

An excellent infrastructure expects you: just round the corner you find a supermarket,
a bakery, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy and all shops of daily requirements.

The flat is nearby the castle Schönbrunn, the technical museum, the west station, the shopping mile Mariahilferstraße, the Raimund theatre, the city hall, the Museumsquartier and a lot more. You can reach the Stephansdom in the centre by means of public transport within 15 minutes.

Tram route 52 and 58, underground route U3, U4 and U6 as well as
bus route 57 A and 12 A stop in close proximity.
From our apartment you can also easily reconnoiter Vienna by bicycle.
A few meters from the flat there start several bicycle paths which extend across
the whole city and the surrounding recreational areas.
Also for unpracticed ones it is a comfortable possibility to conquer Vienna.
