Vacation Rental Description

This bright and quiet 105m2 (1121 square feet) Vienna accommodation is centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna. It is situated on the 5th floor (elevator) with view on Leopoldsberg. It has a small balcony, is furnished comfortably and has room for up to six persons.

All rooms are accessible separately and the bedrooms look onto the courtyard making it a very quiet night. The 1st bedroom consists of a big double bed, the 2nd and 3rd of 2 big singles and the 3rd one offers additionally a sofa-bed for 2.

The access to the balcony is via the 3rd bedroom and the living room offers a cosy seating and cable-TV. From the big dining-table you have a very nice view onto the "Viennese Mountains" and
the roofs of Vienna. The kitchen has a modern equipment including refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and a little seating accomodation.

In the 1st bathroom with a tub/shower there is also a washing machine with a dryer. In the 2nd bathroom are a shower and a toilet. Soap, shower-gel and hair-dryer are offered.

We provide sufficient bed linen, towels and tea towels. On request and extra charge we offer additional cleaning and one parking garage for EUR 7.00 / day.

About Vienna City Centre

The Vienna accommodation is situated in the 7th district of Vienna where a lot of tourist places are close by. A Supermarket is in the same building, you have 3 Minutes walking distance to an internetcafe. Many shops, restaurants and other cozy places are situated in the neighbourhood.

A bus stop is in front of the house, by bus you are in 5 Minutes in the old center of Vienna (Museumsquarter, Hofburg, Parliament, Town Hall and all other Museums), the walking distance is 15 Minutes.
5 Minutes walking distance to U6 (4 stops to Schönbrunn palace,1 stop to the railway-station Westbahnhof)
2 tram-stops to Mariahilfer Strasse,the biggest shopping street in Vienna (by walking 10 Minutes), the tram station is 2 Minutes away.
5 Minutes walking distance to the shopping mall Lugner-City with a big Cinema-Center and billiard center.
10 Minutes walking distance to Stadthalle (indoor-pool and tennis and ice skating).
15 Minutes by public transport to Donauinsel (danube island).
The Prater and the wine growing area Grinzing can be reached very easily due to the near subway.
