Vacation Rental Description

We are happy that you found the way to the PHILAPP and/or will hopefully still find! The PHILAPP is a vacation home in the 2nd Viennese district, convenient next to the town centre, brightly, calmly, cleanly and maintained, for up to 4 persons. The apartment consists of a living sleep area, kitchen, bath and anteroom and is completely furnished and equipped.

Within 10 to 15 minutes you can reach the Viennese City Centre, the Augarten and the Viennese Prater (with the Praterstadion and the Viennese Convention Centre). The area around the apartment offers a outstanding infrastructure with a small market just before the entry door, leisure possibilities, playgrounds, shops and a grocery, ...

So if you look for a convenient and a central accommodation for your Vienna vacation or your business trip, the PHILAPP is the perfect solution!

About Vienna City Centre

The centrally placed vacation home is in the 2nd district, about 7 minutes of the traffic junction Praterstern, where underground, rapid-transit railway & other public transport stops. You can reach the city center within walking distance of approx. 15 minutes, where all important sights are. In 10 minutes the Prater with the Praterstadion is attainable, where 2008 the football EM will take place. Near by is also the "Augarten" which is wonderful park with some cafes & restaurants. All you need for self-supply such as super of markets and a small market are just before the entry door.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. 1-2 Persons: €65,- per night , €400,- per week (7 nights)

2. 3-4 Persons: €90,- per night ,€550,- per week (7 nights)
3. Special prices for longer stays or during the EM 2008 on request.
4. All prices are including all fees.
5. We require a pre-payment of 30% of the price for a confirmed reservation. The remaining price and a deposit of €40,- has to be paid at the hand-over of keys.
6. 
   A refund of the pre-payment only until one month before the arrival date, afterwards the payment will retain.
