The arrival from s. Angelo vaporetto stop was quite lengthy and tricky with luggage. In fact we left from San Marco stop, which was much closer and an easier walk.The apartment was beautiful!It was a little disappointing that we had to make up the beds upon arrival, and strip them on departure - but they were our only complaints. The setup of the apartment worked well, although we gave the kids the master bedroom, as it worked better for us to have the sofa bed with the TV in the lounge room.The location was fantastic.

Clean property. Some lights not working. Found apartment quite dark. Had 3 small children difficult because lots of breakables. Excellent central location.

Nice apartment in excellent location but let down by a couple of small things. Venice is scorching in summer so if apartment advertises as air-conditioned then it should be something more than a cool fan which just shifts the air around. Also I do think if you pay €50 for an end clean you should not be expected to dispose of rubbish etc which you only find out about when you arrive. Also for the price of the apartment I think they could supply more than one roll of toilet paper.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location in a fantastic city. Everything was great it was as if we picked up how we feel in our own home and transported it to Venice, it was that easy. Besides the living room being a bit dim I could not fault the place. We will probably return in the future.

Great location, only 5mins walk from St Marks square but very quiet and with gondolas going past the window. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. Very good service from the apartment owner when we couldn't work the washing machine.Highly recommended.

A great apt (spacious, clean, cozy, etc.) that was so well centrally located and relatively quiet considering its locale.Ciara, our greeter, was very helpful and patient with all of the questions that were posed and not to mention, having to wait for us due to the 3-hour flight delay.

The location of the apartment was fabulous, right next to the Teatro del Finice and overlooking a canal, with singing gondolers passing under our windows. Although, we were greeted very hospitably by the agent, there had been a misunderstanding about making up the sofa bed , as we were 3 people wishing to sleep separately, and I know I had checked this out very carefully, but it was not a big deal. The kitchen was great, very well appointed, and the beds were comfy. The only quibble I had and it's not major was that several pieces of furniture were broken and it was a bit difficult to sit comfortably in the living room. But we did not spend much time in the apartment so it was not really problem. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is lovely with a heated towel rack. The location was so good, I would recommend it.

We stayed at the Venezia Antica, which is a perfect loccation to see venice as it's right in the hart of the city only min's from everthing but very quiet at night. the apartment was very well equiped and with views over a canal we had the beifit of constant music from the pasing Gondala's when we opened the windows. Irene was very helpful and arranged with the water taxi to bring us within a 100yrds of the apartment so no long haul of bags through the streets. As a familly of 4 we were very happy with the total service and arrangements and would stay again as this offers a very competative solution to booking 2 hotel rooms for the family. Regards Ian

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
