This holiday apartment in Venice is located in San Marco and is 150 sq. mts and can sleep up to 8 people. Located on the third floor (USA fourth floor), no elevator, this Venice accommodation has just been fully restored with original Terrazzo Veneziano marble flooring and new furniture.

The stylish living room is sunny and large: 2 windows, a double sofabed, 2 armchairs, table and chairs, flat screen TV, roofs view. The kitchen comes with 3 chairs, washing machine, kitchen sink, burner, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, pott.

There are 3 double bedrooms; two with double beds (can be split) and the 3rd comes with a four-poster double bed (three-quarter sized - french size).

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one one with a bathtub/shower.

The closest vaporetto stop to this Vallaresso, only 100 meters from the Saint Mark's Square, no bridges. Visit Saint Mark's Cathedral, Saint Mark's Bell tower, Moors' Clocktower, Bacino Orseolo, Museo Correr, Biblioteca Marciana, Ducal Palace, Bridge of Sighs. Vallaresso is ideally located close to St. Mark's Square and the main Venetian attractions. It was relatively easy to get to. The apartment is spacious and clean. The cleaner was completing the change-over clean when we arrived but she was happy for my elderly parents to stay and rest after climbing up the stairs to the third floor. Two minor complaints - not enough lavatory roll left for our party of six - we had to go and buy more. Also, the step inside the apartment down to one of the bedrooms was a hazard for the elderly people in our party who are not steady on their feet - this step needs to be marked and possibly permanently lit during darkness. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Vallaresso and found the apartment ideal for our needs.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
