The new bathroom has a shower and the kitchen of this Venice apartment is fully equipped enabling you to cook your favourite dishes. The spacious living room with original wooden ceiling provides designer furniture and through the large window you can overlook the private external area. Furthermore, you will find 2 style armchairs and a double sofa bed.

To reach the bedroom you will walk upstairs where you have a open area with a big double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. This Venice vacation apartment has a fantastic original wooden ceiling.

This Venice vacation apartment is located next to the south side of the Giudecca Island, overlooking the lagoon where you will enjoy silence and sunsets.

There is a public boat stop (vaporettoi) nearby and you have fast connections to San Marco and Piazzale Roma.

This vacation apartment has a supermarket close by and with few steps from the boat stop you can reach saint Mark's Square.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
