This huge apartment rental in Venice can sleep up to 12 people and provides a terrace with an exclusive view of the Scala Contarini del Bovolo. This wonderful apartment consists of a well furnished living-room with adjoining dining room which can seat 8 people. There is a well equipped kitchenette and five double bedrooms (four come with en-suite bathroom and 1 with an adjoining bathroom).

The apartment's windows overlook a canal where you can admire the passing of gondolas and if you're really lucky, you might even get a serenade.

On your arrival, the person in charge for the check in, will be on hand to lead you from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment;

For the first night the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make an Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, biscuit slices, butter, jam, croissants, fizzy and still mineral water, etc. (only for the first morning);

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
