This Venice accommodation is on the third and last floor of an old building opening on the Rio Terà, while the windows open onto the beautiful Campo Santa Margherita, a market and meeting place at the heart of the Sestiere Dorsoduro.

This short term holiday apartment in Venice consists of a dining-living room (with separated kitchen area), two double bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with double bed and chest of drawers), and a bathroom (with shower). The décor is traditional and elegant, typically Venetian, embellished by the wooden beams of the ceiling and enjoying a wonderful view from the windows. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom has its own window.

The atmosphere of this short term accommodation is warm and comfortable. The owners have arranged the apartment to be modern and functional and at the same time retaining the typical flavor of a Venetian home.

The apartment itself gives onto the Rio tera’ dei pugni and the Campo dei Carmini - part of the famous Santa Margherita area. Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
