On the first floor a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a master bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, and two modern bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor of this Venice apartment you will find the second bedroom with a souble bed. There are wooden floors throughout the apartment.

This Venice holiday apartment is near to the Accademia Bridge and is in San Polo which is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It’s the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you’ll find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You’ll also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
