This wonderful Venice accommodation is located opposite the Piazza San Marco and offers fantastic views of the of the basilica from the terrace.

This apartment in Venice is located over two floors and consists of a kitchen, a sitting room, a double bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs there is a small double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the marvellous "altana" (the typical Venice terrace made of wood); from it there is an extraordinary and unique view of San Marco and all Venice all 360

For this Venice accommodation the welcoming greet is special:

On your arrival, the person in charge for the check in, will be on hand to lead you from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment;

For the first night the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make an Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, biscuit slices, butter, jam, croissants, fizzy and still mineral water, etc. (only for the first morning);

This Venice accommodation is located a few meters from PIazza San Marco and it's right in the center of the city. If you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

This attractive apartment is in a great location and is easy to find. It was very well kitted out for a rental property and was thoughtfully supplied with basics eg soap, toilet rolls, breakfast etc. Only criticism would be that as it has 2 double beds it limits its usefulness for families. Other than this, verygood value for money.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
