The kitchen comes with all modern appliances including a fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms each with a double bed.

For the fashion lovers, close by there is Calle XXII Marzo, better known as the fashion street, where there are Gucci, D&G, Valentino stores, etc.

In the nearby do not forget the various restaurants and bars where you can taste the typical venetian or international kitchen.

The closest ferry stop is Arsenale, from where, without passing any bridge, you can reach the Building.
