This Venice apartment rental is a large holiday apartment only 100 meters from Piazza San Marco. It's the perfect apartment for a large family looking for something central and good value.

This Venice apartment has been completely restored and refurbished. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds and a single bed situated in a litte corridor.

There's also plenty of storage space and two separated bathrooms Venetian style: one with washbasin and shower, another with washbasin and W.C.

This venice apartment rental is in San Marco which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

The office where we had to collect and drop the key for the apartment was at some distance from the accommodation which made difficult when you have luggage. it would be easier to go directly to the apartment and to leave the key there at the end of the stay.

The San Marco apartment is in an excellent location. Just a couple of minutes to St Mark's Square. It was clean, tidy & had reasonable facilites. The only down side is that it more suitable for 4 people rather than the 6 that we needed. Also the smallness of bath/shower was a bit of a challenge. I slipped over once. My elderly in-laws had to have both in the bathroom at the same time to keep each other safe.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
