This sunny Venice apartment rental is in a heart of Venice and literally just 60 meters from Piazza San Marco. This Venice apartment is right in the historical center and close to many of the famous shops in the city.

This holiday apartment has been newly restored while still keeping the original wooden beamed ceilings and expensive wooden floors. No expense has been spared in the refurbishment of this Venice apartment including, two stylish 1920's bathrooms and two double bedrooms with wooden nets, latex mattresses and pillows. One bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and both offer views onto the Calle Spadaria below.

The living-room with a cooking area comes with a 1960's style refrigerator with freezer and views onto a typical Venetian square. There are two leather armchairs and original Murano glass lamps.

This Venice apartment offers location at an excellent price and is highly recommended.

This Venice apartment rental is close to Saint Marks Square which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is excellently located with good facilities. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Staircase is exremely steep and can pose a difficult climb with suitcases.Mosquitoes however were a real problem and very disruptive all night.....windows were not opened and they still seemed to get in. We killed in excess of 20 in a night!

The location of the apartment was excellent, 200m from St Marks Square. The apartment was clean but the living room/kitchen was very small and the access stairs were steep and narrow. The facilities provided were adequate for a short stay. Directions to the key collection office were difficult as we were directed to an old office address that had changed 6 months previously.The price-quality ratio was fair given the high price of everything in Venice.

Location is excellent. Apartment was very good although the three flights of stairs were a handful.Would be better if the owners came to you to receive payment rather than us losing half a day going to their office for payment.

We had a fantastic stay tanks to James and staff, who took the worry out of the on line experience. The apartment was as shown and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only change I would like to see is if renters could be met at the Stazione or at the apartment with the keys to avoid trecking across amny bridges prior toarriving at the apartment. Otherwise fantastic!!

Our stay at San Marco Chic was excellent. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect - right off San Marco Square. A lively area and very convenient.

The property was very clean and well presented. The location was the best available in Venice, just behind Piazza St Marco. We were within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Excellent value for money.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
