This quiet and romantic Venice accommodation is ideal for refined people. Being fully restored, this ground floor Venice accommodation offers an autonomous heating. In the entrance hall, there are two large wardrobes and one double chair. The original double bedroom features twin beds and the bathroom provides a shower and tub.

There's also an additional bedroom area with a single bed for a third person. The kitchen is fully eqipped with a marble table and the living room offers a sofa and an armchair. Many of the furnitures and amenities you will find in the Venice accommodation are original and used in the Palace since 1500.

You can sit outside in the private area of the main garden of the Palace and enjoy your meal or coffee. Furthermore, you can use the Palace's private water door from where you will have an amazing view of the Grand Canal.

San Polo is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It is the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you will find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You will also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.
