This holiday apartment in Venice is situated on the first floor of a historical building. It is a typical venetian style apartment, with parquet floor and apparent woodem beamed ceilings.

The bright living/dining room is very large and is furnished in a traditional venetian style.

The first bedroom of this apartment has a large double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and can be used as a childrens room, or for additional guests.

This is the perfect place to stay in Venice to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

This holiday apartment in Venice is in the Rialto area. The Rialto Bridge is only 5 minutes walk away which is one of the busiest parts of the city. The Ponte di Rialto (Rialto Bridge) is the true heart of Venice and was built in just three years and has spanned the Grand Canal since the 12th Century. This is the place to sit in one of the open-air cafes drinking hot chocolate while watching many of the gondolas float past. There’s an excellent fish market here and from Tuesday through Saturday you are likely to find some of the most colorful and exciting open-air food market shopping experiences in all of Italy. Not only will you enjoy the views of the colourful facades of various palaces lining the Grand Canal but the Rialto Bridge offers excellent boutique shops selling jewelry, linen, Murano glass and other gifts.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
