This apartment rental in Venice is located on the first floor of a characteristic residential palazzo in the beautiful area of Dorsoduro, which is in between the Salute Church and the Peggy Guggenheim modern art museum. This Venice apartment hosts a luxurious double king size bedroom and can accommodate a family of up to four people.

This Venice apartment comes witth ensuite bathroom and additional shower room that are decorated with the finest italian hand painted ceramic tiles, and the fully equipped kitchen is open plan with a large dining table seating up to eight people.

The large lounge opens on to a south facing terrace ideal for entertaining or relaxation, and has a double sofa bed. Ceilings retains the traditional wooden beams. A beautiful stone fire place can warm the coldest and romantic venetian nights.

This Venice apartment well furnished with fine antiques. The apartment is in a lovely old house located in the most coveted part of Dorsoduro, an exclusive and non-touristy area of Venice.

This Venice apartment is in a quieter part of the city and the one the locals call the “real Venice”. Dorsoduro is home to famous attractions such as the Ca' Rezzonico palace, one of the most splendid Baroque palaces in Venice and the Peggy Guggenheim museum with it’s amazing collection of 20th century European and American art. Other important cultural sites include Venice's Santa Maria della Salute, the Ponte dell’Academia one of most famous bridges in Venice [ there are 400 of them scattered throughout the city! ].

The appartment was clean and bright and well equipped. The location was perfect, only 1 vaparetto stop across the Grand Canal from San Marco and 5mins walk from the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Dorsoduro was lovely and felt less touristy than other Venetian sestieres. Ettore was very welcoming and informative. Would definately stay again.

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to all popular sites and the vaperetto stop, but in a quiet location for peaceful nights. Tatiana was so helpful, both in meeting us at the vaperetto stop and throughout our stay. She is a real credit to her Company. Layout of apartment was good, with comfortable large bed, and cleanliness was exceptional. A couple of things that might be helpful, a toaster in the kitchen, and perhaps a little welcome pack of essentials, so a trip to the supermarket is not first priority. As a frequent visitor to the City, I appreciate that this is not the norm in Venice, but tends to be in other Villas/apartments I have stopped in elsewhere. Overall, I would be delighted to use this apartment again in the future.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 30% of the total booking is forfeited.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 90% of the total rental.
Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
