This wonderful and stylish apartment is in the splendid setting of Rio Marin and near to Campo dei Frari and Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio. While right in the city center, it has neither crowds or hordes of tourists and with 5 minutes you'll be at the Rialto Bridge. Instead, the atmosphere is typically Venetian, with an agreeable selection of restaurants and wine bars.

This fashionable Venice apartment located on the third floor of a typical Venetian building. There's a spacious entrance hall, well-lit living room with dining room and kitchen opening onto a charming terrace equipped for open-air dining.

The bedroom areas can sleep up to eight people and consist of three bedrooms, the first with double and single beds, the second with double and single beds and the third with two single beds. The two bathrooms — one with bathtub and the other with shower — are also equipped with hairdryers.

San Polo is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It’s the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you’ll find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You’ll also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
