This Venice apartment is in a 16th century palazzo which has been carefully and thoroughly restored by the famous international architect Ugo Camerini. There are 6 Venice apartments in total and all combine the fusion of contemporary design, like glass and steel whilst keeping the characteristics of the sixteenth century, such as ceiling beams and Venetian terrace floors, all perfectly restored.

At 85 m2, this Venice apartment is the 2nd largest in the building and is fully furnished with designer furniture, paintings in a modern, sophisticated lighting, very large fortress windows. Comprising of a very large living room, furnished with a large and comfortable sofa bed, separate kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave.  There are two double bedrooms, one which also features a sofa bed and a bathroom in natural stone. Added comforts are a 32 inch LCD television, satellite television, free wi fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster and a crib for children.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor. Free at one's disposal is a laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer.

This Venice apartment is in the heart of Venice 100 meters from the Frari Church, which for its greatness and historical importance it is the second largest in Venice. On foot in just 5 minutes, you can reach Rialto and its famous bridge which can be reached along the Ruga Vecchia a wide street that provides the most popular and typical shops in the city.
Impressive is going through San Toma in gondola, near the Grand Canal, which allows you to reach the magnificent St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes.

The nearest ferry boat stop is San Toma.
