Located on the 2nd floor of a Venetian palace, this Venice accommodation is a good size for 6 people. Built in 1580 at the behest of the noble Venetian Pavanato, in 2009, it was the subject of a careful and thorough restoration by the famous international architect Ugo Camerini.

This apartment in Venice has been recently restored using a mix of modern design whilst keeping the characteristics of the sixteenth century, such as ceiling beams and Venetian terrazzino floors. 

This 75 m2 Venice accommodation is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern paintings, sophisticated lighting, arched windows, spacious and bright with a wonderful view of Venice. Comprises of a large living room, a kitchen area of 30m², with spacious and comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two double bedroom and a bathroom with natural stone finishes . The added comforts of the apartment are a 32 inch LCD television, satellite television, free wi fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster, and a crib for children.

There is a communal laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer.

This Venice accommodation is located in the heart of Venice 100 meters from the Frari Church, which for its greatness and historical importance it is the second largest in Venice. On foot in just 5 minutes, you can reach Rialto and its famous bridge which can be reached along the Ruga Vecchia a wide street that provides the most popular and typical shops in the city.

The nearest ferry boat stop is San Toma.
