Built in 1580 at the behest of the noble Venetian Pavanato, in 2009, it was the subject of a careful and thorough restoration by the famous international architect Ugo Camerini.

The restoration of  this apartment in Venice incorporates a fusion of contemporary design, including glass and steel while keeping the characteristics of the sixteenth century palazzo such as ceiling beams and Venetian flooring, all perfectly restored.
