Vacation Rental Description

This Venice holiday apartment will provide you with an unforgettable holiday. This elegant apartment has been furnished with a delicate blend of the style of the past and a taste of modernity. There are three double bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, all equipped with air conditioning. The living area is composed of a large sofa that can become a double bed, dining table for 8 people and kitchen area complete with dishwasher. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, with shower covered with Venetian mosaic and a washer and dryer.

La Residenza San Marco is located in a privileged position in a few minutes walk to all the famous museums and places of historical, artistic, cultural, entertainment. The apartment is located between Campo San Maurizio and Campo Santo Stefano.

Nearest water bus stop is Sant'Angelo.

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 75% of the total rental price.

Within 6 days:In case of cancellation within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 90% of the total rental price.
