With a fantastic location, this completely furnished one bedroom apartment in Venice with a canal view is situated on the 1st floor of an historical Venetian palace and located in the heart of the centre and close to St. Mark’s Square. The rental can sleep up to 5 guests and is a wonderful option for families or a group of friends while on holiday. This San Marco short-term rental accommodation features exposed ceiling beams, parquet floors and lovely and unique furnishings. The spacious and bright living/dining area is open-plan and has 2 windows for natural sunlight, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a TV. The dining area is complete with a dining table and 4 chairs. The separate kitchen is well-equipped as an alternative option of preparing meals at home. There is 1 bedroom (with a view of the canal) which has a double bed. The bathroom is complete with a tub. The rental also benefits from air conditioning, a hair dryer and bed linens.

 This Venice accommodation is well situated in the St Marco area, only a few minutes from St Marks square. It is very spacious and had all the facilities needed to make our stay very comfortable. I would recommend it to other travellers. (08-11-2011) Expensive but perfect central location. Very clean. Lovely appartment. Shower could have been better for the price and there was a socket with wires poking out. Could have had an extra couple of lamps - otherwise perfect.. louise (29-09-2011) |

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed
Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 75% of the total rental price.
Within 6 days:In case of cancellation within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 90% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
