This holiday apartment in Venice is of 75 sq. metres in size and is situated on the third floor of a restored building located in the quiet and famous zone of Dorsoduro. This short term rental comes with modern and functional furniture and Venetian marble flooring.

The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with a traditional oven, four gas hobs, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a confortable dining table with chairs. The sunny living-room, which faces Campo dell'angelo Raffaele, is furnished with a sofa, book shelves with TV and remote control; The first double bedroom comes with a queen size bed (with the possibility to separate them) and the second double bedroom, is connected to the living-room, with a queen size bed (possibility to separate them). The small but modern bathroom has shower ,washing machine.

This holiday apartment in Venice is located in a building that faces Campo dell' Angelo Raffaele and the back side of the Church of San Sebastiano. In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
