This Venice apartment of 75 sq. meters is situated on the first floor of a restored building located in the quiet and central zone of Dorsoduro. Independent entrance. All floors are in Venetian marble, except for the bathrooms' floors which are made of ceramic tiles. This Venice apartment consists a fully equipped kitchen, a living-room of 10.5 sq. meters furnished with a sofa that sits three people (which becomes a single bed), book shelves with TV and remote controller.

There are two bedrooms with a king size bed in each (with the possibility to separate them), with an elegant bed head upholstered with Venetian fabric. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

This Venice apartment is located in a building that faces the Campo dell' Angelo Raffaele and the back side of the Church of San Sebastiano. In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
