This charming accommodation in Venice is on the two top floors of a building close to Campo S. Maria Formosa, ten minutes from the S. Mark's Square and from the Rialto Bridge. This recently renovated apartment in Venice is bright and furnished in Venetian style, with particular attention to detail.

From the entrance along the corridor, a door brings you to the double bedroom. Another door leads you to the bathroom, with white and green tiles which is equipped with a shower. On the other side the kitchen is well-equipped with four gas hobs, electrical oven, a large fridge with freezer-compartment, toaster and washing machine. Moreover there is a large wooden table for six people, a dresser and a television.

Next to the kitchen there is a small living room with two large windows and a sofa bed. From the corridor a flight of stairs leads to the attic, where a small single bedroom is situated. From here there are stairs that lead to the roof terrace which offers a terrific view of the Venetian roofs and of the Basilica Santi Giovanni e Paolo. A table and some chairs give you the possibility of taking an aperitivo while enjoying the breeze over the roof tops.
