This Venice accommodation is located in a wonderful area of Venice. Situated 3 minutes from Rialto Bridge and 6 minutes from St Mark’s Square, you'll be right in the center of Venice.

This apartment in Venice has been recently renovated and refurbished and is available for short term rental. This Venice apartments offers a unique 180 degree view of the streets below where all the windows of the bedrooms look onto the Ruga Rialto.

This Venice accommodation comprises of a well furnished living/dining room. There's a seperate cooking corner with refrigerator, oven and lots of light. Both the double bedroom and the second bedroom with either twin beds or a double bed offer lovely views onto the Ruga Rialto below.

The marble bathroom comes with a shower.

This Venice accommoation is located in the Rialto area which is one of the busiest parts of the city. The main draw is obviously the bridge. The Ponte di Rialto [Rialto Bridge] is the true heart of Venice and was built in just three years and has spanned the Grand Canal since the 12th Century. This is the place to sit in one of the open-air cafes drinking hot chocolate while watching many of the gondolas float past. There’s an excellent fish market here and from Tuesday through Saturday you are likely to find some of the most colorful and exciting open-air food market shopping experiences in all of Italy. Not only will you enjoy the views of the colourful facades of various palaces lining the Grand Canal but the Rialto Bridge offers excellent boutique shops selling jewelry, linen, Murano glass and other gifts.

The Apartment was clean and very central, but the furnitshing was minimal and spartan with little charm. As well, the suite has not been very well maintained over all. Too bad as it could be made to be very nice with minimal effort and attention to details like replacing burned out light bulbs and putting a nicer shower curtain in the shower stall and removing the dead plants from the balcony. Plus it would be very helpful if the tenants were allowed access to the laundry facilities in the unit. Overall I would only recommend this apartment to people who do not mind accommodation that is minimal but handy to the big sites in Venice.

The location was excellent! Very close to all the places we wanted to get to in Venice. We felt more immersed into Venice than if we had stayed at an anonymous hotel. The apartment was large, clean and had all the things we needed in the kitchen as far as pots and pans and plates etc. It could have had essentials like salt, sugar, olive oil though.

the accomodation was basic but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was miniscule but well equiped as was the bathroom. The location was excellent close to restaurants, supermarket, shops and the ferry stop Saint Sebastian. The location was quiet and I would highly recommend the apartment.

Nice clean neat apartment in very good location. Only complaint would be the noise at night, but I think you'd find that anywhere in Venice. Overall a great time had by all and a good apartment.

The location of this apartment was great for walking around Venice and it was a good size for 2 couples. The stairs were a bit daunting with our luggage first day, but ok once that was done. There are several good restaurants with a block and some fun shopping. All in all a good stay.

The property was wonderfully centrally located. So much fun to go out the front door, turn right and there was all kind of stores and places to eat, or buy something to eat. Very near the S. Silvestro vaporetto stop but away from the crazy busyness of San Marco. Was nice having an apartment and loved Venice.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
