This romantic Venice apartment rental is close to Campo San Maurizio and within walking distance to Piazza San Marco and Campo San Stefano. The apartment is also close to the Guglie vaporetto stop.

For a romantic weekend, you couldn't get a nicer place. Beautifully maintained and newly restored with modern furniture, this is a sunny Venice apartment thanks to the three large windows giving out onto a view of Venetian rooftops.

There's a large bedroom with a comfortable sofabed that can be kept down to turn it into a permanent bed. The bathroom comes with a modern shower and there's a kitchenette area located off the living room.

For breakfast or dinner, you can sit on your private terrace and admire the local view.

This Venice apartment rental is in San Marco which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

There were only one or two things that made it a four rather than a 5 star stay. 1. No 'proper' bed 2. no microwave/oven. Other than that, it was a superb holiday.

Lovely well designed modern apartment in great spot - Close to St Mark's square but out of the bustle. Highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
