This cute and cosy apartment rental in Venice is at the end of Viale Garibaldi which is in the heart of Castello. Close to Biennale and Arsenale, from this Venice apartment you'll also be one boat stop to Piazza San Marco and one boat stop to Lido beach. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

This is for couples who don't want to stay right in the touristy center but still want comfort and quality. Venice apartment Piccolo Castello has recently been restored using new furniture and includes a double bed on a mezzanine floor.

On the ground floor there's a living room with a french size sofa, a TV and a fully equipped cooking corner with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electrical oven and the usual kitchen additional amenities.

There are also windows throughout giving it a bright and airy feel.

This apartment rental in Venice is in Castello and is minutes from the gardens that hold the biennale. This is a residential area that provides a lot of air and space. The walk along the Canale di San Marco to Piazza San Marco is unforgettable as is the famous Arsenale which are the city’s huge dock yards founded in 1104. You’ll be close to via Garibaldi where you can buy food from supermarkets, fresh food from outdoor markets and some of the best restaurants in Venice. All this and the vaporetto ride to San Marco is only 15 minutes. You’ll also find the wonderful church of San Pietro here.

The apartment was in a lovely local area where we felt both welcome and safe. Very easy to find our way around Venice and the service provided by holiday-velvet was brilliant. Would highly recommed both accomodation and service.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
