This wonderful Venice apartment rental is on the first floor of a Venetian palazzo. It's in a perfect location being 6 minutes from Piazza San Marco and a few steps from Greeks’ Bridge with views right onto Campo San Lorenzo.

This is a charming Venice apartment perfect for a couple on a romantic stay. It's beautifully decorated with original paintings and carefully chosen furniture.

There is a spacious double bedroom which can be a double bed or optionally twin beds.

The living room has a very comfortable double sofa with windows looking out onto the Campo with a well equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi and shower.

This Venice apartment rental is in the San Marco area which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was perfect, with everything that was needed supplied and extremely clean and well appointed. the locations is excellent as well. Would very easily stay there again. My only suggestion is to be able to leave the keys in the apartment upon leaving .

Nice apartment with facilities as described. Quiet. Worth the price. Location difficult to find and walk from public transportation with luggage strenuous. Not recommended for seniors or anyone with physical limitations.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
