This holiday apartment in Venice is situated between Campo Santa Maria Formosa and Arsenale. Piazza San Marco is only 5 minutes away on foot and you'll be right in the heart of the historical center.

This Venice apartment is available for short term rental and overlooks a canal and provides a beautiful view from the living room window. Newly restored with very a stylish design including elegant furniture and modern comforts.

This apartment is split level, composing of a bright living room with canal views, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and the kitchen with all appliances. In the attic there's an additional double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.

The 5th person can sleep in a smaller bed in the attic but this is only suitable for a child.

This holiday apartment in Venice is in San Marco which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

Myself, my husband & our 2 children aged 8 & 11years had the best holiday in this amazing appartment. The position of the appartment was fantastic,it was clean,tidy, comfortable & so beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed opening our shutters every morning that faced onto the beautiful canal & watching & waving to the locals as they boated past us. We had a fabulous time in this gorgeous appartment & would definitely return. Thank you .

We were welcomed at the botobus warmly and told of all the features of this wonderful apartment. It was in a very local area of Venice which made our visit very authentic and restful. The supermarket provided us with all our needs especially the wonderful deli with an amazing selection of cheeses. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and amazingly quiet. it was lovely to open the windows and hear the boats travelling past. Thankyou for this suggestion, we will certianly use this apartment again when we have the chance to travel to Venice again.

Great location. 10mins walk from St Marks square - just enough away from the hustle bustle. Good value for our 4 day stay. Facilities clean and person who showed us to our apartment very helpful with advice and getting cabs etc. Disappointed after agreeing that we could check out later, the cleaner turned up and was clearly not happy that we were there but we didn't let it ruin our fantastic stay in Venice. Thanks for a great apartment that made our holiday.

The Maltese II Apartment was delightful and my husband, son and self had a fantastic 4 days. We especially enjoyed waking up in the mornings, pulling back the shutters and seeing the boats going under our window. The location was quiet, pretty but just a walk from St Marco and other beautiful sites. I would recommend it definitely.

The apartment was charming, more than spacious enough for our family of four and immaculate. Location is perfect, on a canal and a short walk to supermarket, bars and restaurants - not to mention St Marks. An ideal base to explore Venice on foot (and water bus). Reasonable price when compared with the two hotel rooms we would have needed and the service from Holiday Velvet and their local contact, Irene, was faultless. No hesitation in recommending the Apartment and Holiday Velvet.

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
