Venice apartment Madonna II is only 100m to the Rialto Bridge on the San Polo side of the Grand Canal. This lively area is full of bustling life including the Rialto markets, small shops “botteghe” and typical small Venetian restaurants.

This Venice apartment is the ideal family and friends home. Recently renovated and lovingly refurbished, it's a lovely modern apartment to make your stay in Venice a memorable one.

You can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people here. The apartment is composed of a private bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven, cooker, refrigerator and breakfast bar.

In the living room you have the TV and a large double sofa bed. There's a large double bedroom with wooden beamed ceiling and a completely modernised bathroom with shower.

There's air-conditioning and independent central heating throughout.

San Polo is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It’s the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you’ll find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You’ll also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.
