Enter this unique loft Venice holiday apartment and you'll be greeted by large open spaces, split level floors, design furniture, nude original bricks in the walls and steel design components throughout the apartment. There's a Venice meets New York ambience here and just in case your needs for more atmosphere are still unfulfilled there's also a 12th century well inside! Ultra cool, ultra modern and yet it doesn't seem out of place in a city that oozes history.

Roughly 15 minutes walk around the Canale di San Marco to Piazza San Marco, this Venice apartment is in the green heart of Venice - the Biennale Gardens. If walking isn't your thing you'll also be near to the vaporetto stop that can take you to the center of Venice in 10 minutes.

Available for short term rental, as you arrive inside you'll find sunny large open spaces covering two floors. The ground floor consists of the living room with it's full equipped kitchen, steel inserts and tall arch but it's made with comfort in mind. There's a large sofabed, TV and chairs for relaxing with a bathroom next door.

You get to the mezzanine floor via the steel staircase where you'll find the double bedroom that overlooks the open space below with original wooden ceiling and large window. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wooden ceiling and a window that looks out onto the local area.

The bathroom upstairs has iron walls and floors with steel design components inside. This is a lovely accommodation choice and perfect for short stays and short term rental Venice, Italy.

NOTE: Currently (June 2011) the common roof of the building (4 floors above) is being renewed. You won't hear any noise but the view is limited.

This Venice holiday apartment in in Castello which is minutes from the gardens that hold the biennale. This is a residential area that provides a lot of air and space. The walk along the Canale di San Marco to Piazza San Marco is unforgettable as is the famous Arsenale which are the city’s huge dock yards founded in 1104. You’ll be close to via Garibaldi where you can buy food from supermarkets, fresh food from outdoor markets and some of the best restaurants in Venice. All this and the vaporetto ride to San Marco is only 15 minutes. You’ll also find the wonderful church of San Pietro here.
