Charming and recently restored Venice apartment rental in Castello, one of the residential areas of Venice. This comfortable Venice apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that's enhanced by the beamed ceilings and the wooden furniture. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen fully equipped with four gas hobs, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

To the left of the kitchen there are two rooms. One is a living room, with a table with four chairs, a double sofa bed and a satellite TV. The other one is a bedroom with two single beds (that can be made into a double bed) and a large wooden cupboard. The bathroom is complete with shower and hair dryer. In a small store room you find an iron board and a clotheshorse.

This Venice apartment rental is just a few minutes from the beautiful square of Santa Maria Formosa and from the Fondamenta Nuove from where you can take the boats that bring you to the islands of the Venetian lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello. An enjoyable short stroll brings you to the most famous square of Venice, San Marco’s square and to the very heart of the shopping district of the city: the Rialto Bridge.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
