The living room features two nice leather sofas and the windows look out to an internal court. The fully equipped kitchen of this Venice apartment offers you a microwave and oven and the bathroom provides a shower. The two bedrooms sleep up two people each.

Although the holiday apartment is situated on the ground floor, there are no problems with acqua alta (high tide).

About Venice San Polo

The public boat stop (vaporetti) nearest to this holiday apartment in Venice is called Riva di Biasio. However, you can also walk through the city and living in this apartment, you will be only a 2 minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

San Polo is East of the Rialto Bridge over the other side of the Grand Canal. It’s the second most important area of the city in terms of historical importance in Venice. Here you’ll find the Frari Church, an excellent example of Venetian Gothic architecture, the Scuola Grande di S.Rocco, 16th century Renaissance building containing works by Tintoretto and the wonderful Campo San Polo which is one of the largest piazza’s in Venice. You’ll also find many good restaurants hidden away in the back streets that are frequented by the Venetians.
