The apartment and all furnishings are 'brand new’ and it consists of a beautiful living room with a large terrace where you can eat overlooking the Venetian Lagoon.

There are two double bedrooms one of which overlooks the lagoon. A modern kitchen with all appliances and a luxury bathroom. All furnishings are top quality, inc beautiful leather sofa's and the apartment is fully Air Conditioned.

This Venice apartment is situated on the Island of Guidecca, only ten minutes by boat from St Mark’s, water buses run every ten minutes, the property overlooks the Venetian Lagoon, with Superb views at any time of year. All amenities including Supermarket, bank, and general stores are close by.

This Venice vacation apartment rental in Giudecca is separated from Venice by a 300 meters wide canal, the Giudecca Canal. The island offers incredible views of Dorsoduro and on the canal luxury passenger liners, vaporettos and other small boats are passing all throughout the day.

Giudecca island is full of many famous churches and ancient monuments. Many venetian and foreign nobles live in Giudecca, amongst them are queen Aspasia and princess Irene Of Greece with her husband Duca d'Aosta. Michelangelo Buonarroti was one of the most famous guests that lived in Giudecca Island. He arrived in Venice in 1500, finding refuge and tranquility in this beautiful and romantic Island of Venice.

There are several shops on the island, including small supermarkets, bakery, butcher, chemist and fishmonger, all cheaper than on the main island. Giudecca Island is the location of the famous Hotel Cipriani and also Harry's Bar Dolce.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 night rental.

Within 6 days:In case of cancellation within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
