This Venice apartment is also composed of a large living area with a beautiful crystal table for 6 people and an elegant sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners stove. You also have a standard size double/twin bedroom and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. The Greci Loft measures over 110 square meters and it is a third floor with no lift.

The location of this venice apartment is central and very close to San Marco. The vaporetto stop of San Zaccaria is only two minutes walk away, while Piazza San Marco maximum five. You can find excellent food shops and Venetian specialities stores in that street.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
