This stylish 65 m2 Venice accommodation comes with fantastic views of the Grand Canal from the living room. Located on the ground floor this Venice accommodation has been beautifully decorated with marble flooring, wooden-beam ceiling, fittings/artworks and original old Venetian furniture

This apartment in Venice can sleep up to 3 people with one double and one single bedroom. The elegant living room comprises of 2 windows with a Grand Canal view, a sofa, 2 armchairs, table and chairs, writing-desk and original Murano glass. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee moka, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and pots.

The main bedroom comes with a double bed and the single bedroom offers a single bed and a view on the Grand Canal.

The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower and there is an additional bathroom with just a WC

The location superb, the apartment is cosy. We would like to stay there again some time. There are a few little things that should be repaired though.The washing machine doesn`t centrifugate, so it`s difficult to get things dry.A small desk lamp in the second bedroom is defective. These things don`t meet the eye, so it`s nobodies fault.

This on the water apartment was sort of oldish and very comfortable. Made us feel we were really living in Venice. Would go back anytime.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
