This luxury apartment in Venice is blessed with wonderful 180 degree views of the Grand Canal. Located right in the heart of the historical center, this Venice apartment is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and just in front of the Municipality’s Palace.

Recently renovated, this wonderful Rialto holiday rental is located in a noble palazzo and covers 110 sqm. The owner has kept the beautiful terrazzo Veneziano on the floors and original Venetian paintings adorn the ceilings. This Venice apartment is for those looking for luxury and ambience. Not only do you have wonderful views of the Grand Canal from the three windows of the bright living room, you'll also enjoy the same view from the master bedroom.

This Venice apartment consists of a large living-room with 2 sofas (one of them is a comfortable double sofa-bed). A separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and a sitting corner where you can soak up the Venetian views. There's also a private bathroom with shower and tub. Thne second bedroom comes with two single beds (or double), a wardrobe and a window. There is also a second bathroom.

This luxury apartment in Venice is in the Rialto area which is one of the busiest parts of the city. The main draw is obviously the bridge. The Ponte di Rialto [Rialto Bridge] is the true heart of Venice and was built in just three years and has spanned the Grand Canal since the 12th Century. This is the place to sit in one of the open-air cafes drinking hot chocolate while watching many of the gondolas float past. There’s an excellent fish market here and from Tuesday through Saturday you are likely to find some of the most colorful and exciting open-air food market shopping experiences in all of Italy. Not only will you enjoy the views of the colourful facades of various palaces lining the Grand Canal but the Rialto Bridge offers excellent boutique shops selling jewelry, linen, Murano glass and other gifts.

The location is superb, only 3 min. from San Silvestro landing and 5 - 10 min. walk to Rialto Bridge. It is also right by the fruit/vegetable and seafood market. The look out from the window is awful. We are amaused in watching the traffic ( water taxi/bus and gondolo) passing by , esp. singing from the gondolas. The apartment is quite spacious for 6 adults. The kitchen is also well equipped with the basic amenities. There are 3 fans. However, 2 of them are broken. Although there is a washer available, we were advised that we could not use it. The ceiling has a v. classical Venetian look . The apt is quite breezy with all the windows opened. However, there are mosquitoes with the windows closed in the evening. In general, we have enjoyed our stay. It will be helpful if the management will give us a tip sheet re: restaurants or supermarkets close by. Check out time should be 12 noon rather than 10 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
