Located near to the Campo Santa Margherita, this wonderful Venice accommodation can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

This beautiful apartment in Venice is 160mq and is located on the first floor of a typical Venetian palace. Facing on one side you'll find a canal while the other side, there is a terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden.

This venice accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds that overlooks the canal. There are two bathrooms; one with a tub and shower and the other with only a sink and toilet. The kitchen is large and well equipped and comes with a table and chairs. The is no living room in this apartment but there is ample space in the kitchen.

This Venice accommodation is located in Dorsoduro which is well known and loved by Venetians and Visitors alike. The apartment itself gives onto the Rio tera’ dei pugni and the Campo dei Carmini - part of the famous Santa Margherita area. There are numerous Cafés and open-air restaurants and it's close to all the major sights in Venice.

Our stay at the Giardino Visto was okay. The rooms were clean and the facilities offered were as expected. The only complaint I have is that on our second night one of the beds broke that a colleague was sleeping on.

Cancellation Policy

More than 75 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 75 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 75 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 75 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 20% of the total rental price.

Within 50 days:In case of cancellation within 50 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total rental price.
Within 20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable 100% of the total rental price.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
