This modern Venice apartment rental is part of a recently restored residence of seven ground floor apartments with a garden and a communal building with a little gym and a laundry room with a coin operated shared washing machine. This Venice apartment has a large living room with large windows with view over the shared garden. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a round table with four chairs, a TV, a single sofa bed, a large cupboard and a kitchenette.

The kitchenette, contained in a wooden piece of furniture that can be closed, consists of two electrical hobs, and a refrigerator. The modern bedroom has a double bed while the bathroom is equipped with bathtub and hairdryer. All the rooms have sky lights with electrical commands for opening and closing both the sky light windows and the blinds. The apartment has air conditioning an video entry phone. The furnishing details, the ornaments and the pictures are mostly black and white and gives the apartment a modern and minimalist touch.

This Venice apartment rental is not far from Strada Nuova, a central street of Venice that connects the train station with the Rialto bridge and that offers a wide choice of small shops, stalls and booths.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed

Within 30 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 50% of the total rental price.

Within 15 days:In case of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
