This wonderful Venice vacation rental is located in San Marco and offers an incredible panoramic view over the Grand Canal, the Accademia Bridge and the majestic Palazzo Franchetti.

This luxury Venice apartment is spacious (roughly 150 square meters), full of natural light, elegant and furnished with interesting antiques.

It is located at the second floor, with elevator, of a prestigious palace right on Campo San Vidal, at the Accademia, on the San Marco side. The location could not be better, and the view from the living room, dining room and master bedroom is wide open.

From the entrance room you can access to the living room on the left, to the kitchen on the right and to the night area to the front. Strange enough, you can find a separated single bedroom with ensuite bathroom after the kitchen. From the kitchen you can access also the terrace, large enough to organize a candle light dinner for 5 people. Last but not least from the kitchen you can access also the laundry room, equipped with washing machine and cloth hanger.

The night area is composed of a beautiful master bedroom, a single bedroom and another room that connects the day to the night area. It was once used as a wardrobe room, while now there is a comfortable single bed. The pink bathroom serves this 3 bedrooms. In total this apartment sleeps comfortably 5 people.
