This quality Venice holiday apartment is located right in the heart of the historical center and a few steps from Piazza San Marco. This holiday apartment is situated in San Moisè and close by to the famous Bauer Hotel and Teatro La Fenice.

This elegant Venice apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful palazzo. It's been totally restored and renovated with completely new furniture and has been elegantly redesigned while still keeping the original terrazzo Venetiano flooring and wooden beam ceilings.

This Venice holiday apartment comprises of a really large living/dining-room with sofas, a dining table and large windows making it bright and airy.

There's a fully equipped separated kitchen with microwaves oven, refrigerator and windows. There are two double bedrooms where both beds can be separated into twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and the other with a shower.

This Venice holiday apartment is in San Marco which is the centre of Venice and the city’s main tourist magnet. Piazza San Marco, better known as St. Mark's Square to all those English speaking nationalities and it was “dubbed” by Napoleon as "the finest drawing room in Europe. It’s home to Venice's Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale, and if you don’t like walking too much, it’s the place to stay as you’re in reach of all the main palazzos, museums, restaurants and cafes.

We loved the apartment, and recommend it for its perfect location and quiet surroundings. The apt. is roomy and perfectly clean. We did not mind the lack of air conditioning, because the large windows kept the rooms cool in the evening. Our only disappoint was finding the washing machine "off limits"--otherwise, we were delighted with everything.

Very nice property, excellent location for St Mark's Square, and the water taxis to Murano/Burano. Only thing missing - laundry facilties - but would certainly recommend this property as good value.

Cancellation Policy

More than 70 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 70 days prior warning, 30% of the total rental is required

Within 69-35 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 69-35 days of the rental period, the Client will be liable for the amount of 40% of the total rental price.
Within 34-20 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 34-20 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 70% of the total rental price.
Within 19-10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 19-10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 80% of the total rental price.
Within 10 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total rental price.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
